Q: HOW CAN I HELP YOU CREATE MY DESIGN AS EASILY AS POSSIBLE?
A: Since this is a combined pet family design, please send photos of all your pets. When you upload the photos, please also let me know which pet corresponds to which name, so I can avoid any mix-ups while hand-painting your pets.
If the original photos were affected by lighting or anything else that makes the fur color look different from real life, please leave me a note as well - this helps me create the most accurate design for you.
For customers who need high accuracy, please let me know which pet should appear larger or smaller if you don’t have a group photo of them. Since individual photos can make it difficult to compare their actual sizes, your notes will help me create the most accurate composition.

Q: I ORDERED SEVERAL ACRYLIC ORNAMENTS - WHY DOES THE FRONT SIDE LOOK BLURRY OR LESS VIVID?
A: The surface may appear unclear because there is an anti-scratch protective film on the front. You can simply peel off the protective layer, and the ornament will look clear and vibrant just like the sample photos. This is not a quality issue at all, so please don’t worry!
