Questions people ask before ordering

How long does it take to arrive?
Two business days in the workshop after you approve the proof, then 3–7 business days shipping in the US. Order today and it arrives inside two to three weeks, usually sooner.
Can I get it before a specific date?
Tell us the date in the order note. Approving the proof quickly is what keeps the date; we'll say straight away if it can't be done in time.
My photo is old and a bit blurry — is that a problem?
Usually not. Send what you have and we'll show you in the proof exactly how it will look. If it won't work, we'll ask for another before making anything.
Will it fade outside?
The garden stone is laser-engraved slate and the chime uses a weather-safe centrepiece and aluminium tubes. The suncatcher is made for a window indoors.
What if I spell something wrong?
You'll see a proof by email before we make it, and you can change anything as many times as you need. Nothing is engraved until you say yes.
What if I don't like it when it arrives?
Defect or shipping damage: full refund or remake within 30 days of delivery, with a photo. Refund policy.
