Track Your Order

Every order ships with a tracking link. Here are the two ways to find yours.

1. Check your email

We send a shipping confirmation the moment your order leaves the workshop, with a tracking link inside. It comes from our store address — if you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder.

2. Sign in to your account

Your order history lists every order you've placed, with tracking on each one once it ships.

Why tracking can take a few days

Everything we make is personalised and produced to order, so a tracking number appears once your piece finishes production — not at the moment you check out.
