Yes. Choose the clearest photo you have and upload it. Our designers will check it and tell you in your design proof if anything could affect the final result.

Yes. Use one photo with all pets close together and fully visible. The pillow is cut around the whole group, so each pet appears smaller than it would on its own — for two or more pets, we recommend a larger size.

Check the photo, shape, size and print sides. If you'd like changes, reply within 24 hours and we'll revise it.

If we don't hear from you within 24 hours, we start production using the proof as sent, so your order isn't delayed. Once production starts, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

The pillow is cut around the outline of your pet. Very thin or fine details — such as whiskers, loose fur, thin tails or legs, and small gaps between paws — are smoothed or filled in so the pillow is sturdy and can be sewn neatly. Your design proof shows the final outline.

We print in full color to match your photo as closely as possible. Because every screen displays color differently and fabric takes ink differently from a screen, slight variations in brightness and tone are normal and are not considered a defect.

The size is the longest side of the pillow, measured edge to edge on the flat pillow. A sitting pet is measured from head to toe; a lying pet from nose to tail. The shorter side depends on your pet's shape, so it will be smaller than the listed size.

You choose. 2 Sides prints the same photo on the front and back. 1 Side prints the front only, with a plain, light-colored back. Please choose carefully — print sides can't be changed once production starts.

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it and before production begins, for a full refund. After production starts, cancellation may not be possible because your pillow is made just for you.

Because every pillow is custom-made from your photo, we can't accept returns for change of mind, for details provided incorrectly when ordering, or for normal wear and tear.

We've got you covered. If your pillow has a manufacturing defect, was damaged in shipping, or doesn't match the design proof we sent, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos or a video of the issue, plus photos of the packaging and shipping label.

Once verified, you can choose a free remake or a full refund.

Your photo is used to create and deliver your order, and is shared only with the partners who help us produce and ship it. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time — just contact us.
