What kind of photo works best?

A sharp, well-lit original photo works best. Upload JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 20 MB each.

Blurry, dark, low-resolution or heavily filtered photos may not print clearly. If your photo isn't suitable, we'll let you know in your design proof so you can send a better one.

Can each blanket have a different name and photo?

Yes. When you order 2 or 3 blankets, each one gets its own name and photo. All blankets in one bundle share the same size — to mix sizes, add each size to your cart separately.

What comes in the package?

Each blanket comes with 1 box of 24-color fabric markers. Order 2 blankets to receive 2 boxes, or 3 blankets to receive 3 boxes. Extra marker sets are sold separately.

Will I see my design before it is made?

To get your blanket to you as fast as possible, we start crafting it right away — we do not send a separate design proof.

What you see in the personalization preview is what we will print. Your photo is integrated into our exclusive coloring artwork and your names are printed exactly as you typed them, separated by commas.

Please double-check spelling before adding to cart, as each blanket is made to order just for you and we begin production immediately to avoid delays, especially during the holiday season.

How long will my order take?

Design proof: within 24 hours

Production: 3–5 business days
Shipping: 5–12 business days (US), 8–17 business days (international)

Total: about 10–19 business days in the US and 13–24 business days internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays or peak seasons.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped. You can also check your order on our Track Order page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods shown under the Add to cart button and at checkout. Checkout is secure.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Can I return my blanket?

Because every blanket is made just for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, for personalization details entered incorrectly when ordering, or for normal wear and tear after delivery.

What if my blanket arrives damaged or does not match my proof?

If your blanket has a manufacturing defect, was damaged in shipping, or is not as shown in the design proof we sent, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos or a video of the issue, plus photos of the packaging and shipping label.

Once verified, we will remake your blanket free of charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Refund policy
