If you are not satisfied with the preview, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the proof and receive a full refund.

► How It Works
1. Select the size and color of your choice and number of faces. The number of faces indicates how many faces will be printed on the same mug.
2. Place your order
3. Send your photos with your order number to contact@emerlix.com.
4. You’ll receive a preview for approval and have 24 hours to review it and request any revisions you’d like.
5. Once you approve the design, or if we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, your order will go into production and can no longer be edited or canceled. It will then be printed and shipped to you.

• Digital files are only sent by message and email. If you purchase a digital file, no physical item will be printed and shipped to you.
• All the products are printed and shipped from the United States with UPS.

► Return & Cancellation
If you’re not satisfied with the artwork preview and would like a refund, please let us know within 24 hours and we will cancel your order and issue a 100% refund.
If you approve the preview, or if we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. As this is a custom-made product, it cannot be returned.
If you received a damaged product or have any issue with shipping, contact us and we will get it sorted out as soon as possible.

Shipping after production — United States: 5–12 business days. International: 8–17 business days.
