► How It Works 1. Select the size and color of your choice and number of faces. The number of faces indicates how many faces will be printed on the same mug. 2. Place your order 3. Send your photos with your Order Number to hello [!at] artsif.com. 4. You’ll receive a preview for approval and have 24 hours to review it and request any revisions you’d like. 5. Once you approve the design, or if we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, your order will go into production and can no longer be edited or canceled. It will then be printed and shipped to you.

► Return & Cancellation If you’re not satisfied with the artwork preview and would like a refund, please let us know within 24 hours and we will cancel your order and issue a 100% refund. If you approve the preview, or if we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. As this is a custom-made product, it cannot be returned. If you received a damaged product or have any issue with shipping, contact us and we will get it sorted out as soon as possible.
